Report on the “State of the EU Emissions Trading Scheme”

Context :
I4CE contributes to the production of an annual report on the State of the EU Emissions trading scheme (EU ETS).
The European Emissions Trading Scheme has been in operation since 2005. As any other policy, it periodically requires an evaluation of its proper functioning and the achievement of its objectives. The purpose of the State of the EU ETS report is to provide an independent contribution to the public debate on the state of play of the EU ETS.
